What Happened?

Access individual equipment data logs from the Inverter Status and Equipment Log List All View by clicking the "Data Log" or "Log" buttons. These logs display the latest snapshot of equipment status, allowing you to diagnose intermittent issues, such as periodic inverter shutdowns due to voltage sags, using a 30-day inverter log. By examining 10-minute snapshots, you can easily reconstruct conditions to identify the root cause of a problem. Review power data columns and explore daily power graphs for selected equipment to gain deeper insights.
